at least here in the US. Re 1.8l Miatas:
If a 94 has power steering and a 5 speed it left the factory with a Torsen. PERIOD. That's because PS was only available on the A package and up which also had Torsen.
In 95 they started offering PS on the base models, a Power Steering Package they called it.
5 speeds with Power Mirrors left the factory with a Torsen except the 97 STO
Obviously all R Packages had a Torsen.
Leather and 5 speed = Torsen EXCEPT for the 97 STO.
So it's really just base models, glorified base models(called power steering package), automatics, AND that damned 97 STO that didn't have a Torsen.

Here's the complete list of what came with what: http://www.miata.net/faq/features.html
Again, that's US-spec, and from your use of the Eunos badge I'm very puzzled as to where you live. Your IP points to the UK, but Eunos was a Japanese marque.
edit: On re-read, you're not Japanese or you'd have known that Eunos was a make, not a model. Like Acura here in the states. MkI Roadster or MkI Eunos Roadster would have been the correct callout. Calling it a MkI Eunos is a bit like enquiring on a third gen Vauxhall. Ok, a Vauxhall what?
