Everything looks great, you've obviously put the hours into this car.
It's just that crummy turbo manifold. That turbo manifold is GOING to fail. It's just a matter of time. They are notorious for being ****. Also, it's not just the welds, it's the super thin steel that cracks.
More work means have a new manifold made from one of our awesome forum fabricators or buy a new/used quality manifold from the classifieds.

yeah the head is just a rebuild with some strength lol.. and yeah i know but the manifold was a quick buy and im doing things to try and support it.. ive put almost $3,800 in the car and as most of you know its mostly surprising payments.. so money is tight but ay ITS THE TURBO LIFE. I STILL LOVE IT

One of the admins of this site, PM him. He'll build you a MS unit for around $400 or $450 I believe, a fair bit cheaper than the MSPNP unit at $600, and although you'll be using an adapter harness, it'll also be PNP.
