Normally, the first question would be coils... but with the 01+ cop.... hum....
Did you miss a ground at the back of the engine? Everything plugged in, and no missin parts?
EDIT:
Have you checked the timing marks for the belt? Maybe the cams are off a tooth?
Compression test?

haven't done a compression or leak down, hopefully that's not the problem, because even though the engine has a warranty, my time doesn't.

Coil wire came unplugged under the dash from previous emanage install.
Car is running well, just gotta get it to idle below 2000rpm.. and do a little wastegate PID tuning, since I recirculated it, and it's spiking a little..
