Default NA spoilers, Bling or real thing?

I've got a 94 black and tan with the hardtop. Doing a budget turbo build this spring. I, like most posters here it appears, don't like ricy looks and bling. My question is...

What are the general opinions regarding the 1. Mazda front lip spoiler 2. Oem style trunk lid spoiler 3. the Mazda mud guards.

I'm a big believer in form following function. I can pick up any or all of these new but 2nd hand for a pretty good price. What works? What looks right on the car? What is just stupid? I autocross and drive in several HPDE days a year.

Anyone have any pics of their cars with these parts?

Thought I don't have an NA I like the Mazda body kit i have on my car, i think it's just right when it comes to styling. The NAs i've seen with the Mazda parts also look good with these pieces. If anything a black OEM front lip is needed, of all the other things that makes the biggest impact on the car IMO.

I think the air dam looks good. the only car I've ever driven that "changed" with aero stuff is the old tt coupe. I could feel the lift in corners at 40mph, and the air dam made the front stick at the same speeds.

not an NA but I have the body parts. I love them

OEM is the only way to go on any car in my opinion.
My is a 99 sport package so I get the "R" body parts.
1. OEM lip
2. OEM Lip trunk spoiler

3.I also have the front mudguard

See both parts here on a black and tan 92. If it does not make it faster or help it cool it all rice and bling. I like the sleeper look.

I like the concensus. I'm getting them all! It all goes a long way in my book to toughening up the Hairdresser mobile without looking ricy.

Thanks for the opinions!

I have a monster motorsport front lip... Looks great, lot of questions

Also a rear lip, modified mudguards and a normal spoiler on the back
Soon, side skirts....
I don't feel any effects(maybe just me), but it's real stable @ ref. limiter 5th gear.

Would love to have wide body fenders, but is not allowed in my country...(trimming off metal structure to clear the wheels...)

i think here - http://www.mazdastuff.com/directory.cfm?CategoryID=5
there is a place for spec miata racers to get it cheaper.but unless you can prove that you race 3 times a year i think this is the cheapest.
