where i grip the top of my steering wheel it turns like the mold is loose. any way to fix that?

Nope. Nothing permanent. It's broken inside, and you can only repair to hold for a little while.

You can try injecting superglue inside it, and it will hold for a while (mine lasted less than a week), and then subsequent tries do little to nothing.

Ditch it and buy a Momo or the like. I know there's at least one wheel for sale in the FS section right now.
