I just bought my first Miata its a 99, manual, convertible. When I got the car the Speedo, Tach, Odometer, and dash lights don't work but the Check engine, Break, and Highbeam lights all work. I've already swapped the fuses out for brand new fuses and can't figure out why they are still not working anyone have any ideas?

 

There are several connectors on the back of the dash. There may be some corrosion giving a poor contact. Or a connector might be broken.
