I just got one from mazda motorsports.

pn: NA79-YV-SK1

came with the bracket to replace the PS bracket, new bolts, idler pulley and a belt. $65 + shipping.

FYI this was for a NB, I'll be putting it on tomorrow, not sure if the NA 1.8 uses the same pn, but I would think they are the same.
