which ngk plug with greddy turbo

hello folks,

any recommendations as part no. (etc.) for which v power plug to use...also gap would help too...thanks.

While you're answering dumb questions; what about if I got bkr5 instead of 7?

that's just the stock spark plug, the 7e is a colder heat range plug.
