Ok so found out what my misfire was!!
Swapped the coil out, touched the CAS and it was loose.
Coulda been worse the block turbo etc. seem fine

so where did the piece of the valve go? I bet you have turbine damage too.

i thought it was the other way around in the pic man lol the rust on the studs also led me to believe it was the exhaust. Didnt think to look at the comparative size at the time either :P

why are the exhaust valves smaller than the intake valves? Mine look to be the same size.

Its not broken its melted/burnt. I did this same thing in the integra.

Looks broken on bottom:

I believe its a direct result of running way too rich for an extended period of time. My machinist said a piece of carbon can get caught in the valve seat at the same time the car gets under load and it will burn through like an acetylene torch.
