A friend stated I should make sure to clean all the injectors on the BP motor.

His reasoning is that if one of the injectors stays open and the engine is on boost it will bend a rod because the excess amount of fuel will crunch the rod down.

Anyone?

 

if an injector sticks wide open it is theoretically possible to hydrolock an engine. you would probably need pretty big injectors though, which you dont have.

 

And I don't think it'd be any more likely during boost either...
