These white house petitions don't even have to go straight to the landfill. Nobody in the legislative branch looks at them. Waste of mouse clicks. Ask me how i know. The legislative branch is my customer...

So, it's a rather vaguely worded petition, on the internet, to try and convince the Federal government to change emissions-testing guidelines which exist at the State, not Federal, level?

You know that this petition is asking the Fed to regulate something that is controlled at the state level? This has bad written all over it.
