Pic of cams at TDC?

I'm looking for this pic I saw which showed how the cams should look when crank is at #1 TDC. Anyone got the link or the pic? I'm doing my timing belt now.

the front lobes on both the intake and exhaust should both be pointing out-wards at the 3 and 9 o'clock positions

Exhaust cam should have the E point straight up. The intake cam mark should be 19 teeth from the exhaust cam mark.

OK thanks. My timing is not messed up. Good news I guess. Just means something else is ******* the puppy.
