Default Power not flowing

Laid the wiring harness on the exocet to see if it would crank. 99 everything and all worked before it was taken out of the donor. Gauges and ect are not getting power, car wont crank, fuel pump don't flip on. I think I have everything plugged in that it would take for at least something to show it's getting power. Battery has 11.5 volt so it's good.

These are unplugged and might be why. Any one know where they plug into? Black plug look to have 2 big power lines and 1 big ground.

Check for power at fuse panel for ciruits missing power. If no power, go look at ignition switch as it feeds them most likely.
