Anybody got a clue as to where to find the plastic pieces that go where the harness passes through?

Think they may have lowered it just a hair which i liked because even though I'm 5'10 most of my height is in my legs so i don't want to sit on the floor. I've got a 30" waist and they are a little too wide for me but I expect that with any aftermarket seat given my size.
They are procar seats made by scat from what I can find..what do you men by "two seats one car?"
