Revlimiter Gauge Cups Review
Hello everyone,
I am getting ready to put in my MS3, so last weekend I installed some Revlimiter gauge cups into the dash of my 1.6 NA. I really like the way they look and I think it was worth all the extra effort to cut behind my dash. Overall I am very happy with it and it's not hard to swap out the gauges if I need to, everything is easily accessible by removing the glove box. Huge shoutout to Revlimiter for these awesome gauges, and all the goodies they sent me along with it. I didn't take any pictures of the cuts I made in the crash pad, but I just used a drywall bit on my Dremel and it came out pretty nice despite my shitty fabrication skills.
I messed up while spray painting the one on the left, I will have to sand it and respray.
All the cutting required behind the dash. I also had to remove a metal bracket that was behind the crash pad.
I did need to cut the brackets down to fit the slimmer x-series aem gauges, and I needed to drill out new holes for the studs. Don't laugh at my ghetto *** epoxy job...
All the goodies I got with my order, I love hi-chews. Thanks Adam!!
