Too busy to ship something out immediately, no stock on shelves, but I am taking orders.

We had a request for spherical bearings in locations other than the upper rear outer.

Because we already have all the dimensions we will draw up designs for all the locations.

They will be special order though because we are all too poverty to run them there, and we believe most other people will be too.

Contact us for pricing.

I know this is a long shot but any chance you guys would do non miata fabrication?

I went to a local machine shop and they quoted 400 per side. The guy that made those said he could do a set for under 300 but hes really backed up for like 6 months. There are a few other festiva guys that want a set also. Could maybe get a group buy going on them.

Whoa, that's interesting. Have a pic of the entire assembly and where this is placed?

They go between the spindle and knuckle(spindle is 4 bolt flange that bolts to the knuckle), so they actually point the spindle up or forward/backwards for more camber and toe.

They won't slide with enough force and vibration, or is there a knurl that's put on the surface or anything?

4 large blots clamp it together, also retained in all directions except rotation by the slots, and im guessing that center bore registers on a shoulder on the knuckle or spindle.

My only concern is that it forces the bolts to clamps non parallel surfaces, which is really bad, especially for something that holds your wheel and hub assy. on the car. I hope they use spherical(self leveling) washers with those.

The Effect on the Fatigue Life of Bolts of Joint Face Angularity

Follow the fatigue life graph to 3.5 degrees Im not sure how much of an issue this is in practice though, since im sure these are already being used somewhere.

Are you talking about something similar to these?

Kinda a slammed thing, but could be put to use. Rear camber on a FWD car shouldn't really be the priority IMO though...

I thought you were trolling when I first saw the picture.

advancedynamix (I think he's a member on here also) has made several sets of these and tracks his car regularly with no problems. The spindles get reamed and tapped for 7/16 hardware so the bolt size is increased also. These cars only weigh 1800ish and roughly 60 of the weight is up front.

I'll try to come up with a drawing with measurements. I could also just send you a spindle to pull dimensions off of if that would be easier.

I know my drawing sucks but here's the dimensions I pulled off my spindle.

Just needs to be 3/8in thick then put a 3.5* grind on it according to my first post.

Are the festivas metric, or that faggy measuring system?

On center the pattern comes out to 1.528"x2.082" which is 38.8112mm x 52.8828mm, which I take to be 29x53mm..... sounds about right?

You mean 39x53? Yeah they're metric. I remeasured in mm and its coming out closer to 38.5x52.5. I'm measuring 28x42.05 with 10.43 holes. Center is 36.14
