Default School me on head work.

A friend of mine just dropped off this head to me. Supposedly its ported & polished on the exhaust side and has a 3 angle valve job. I know nothing about head work so take a look for me and tell me what you think. Its been sitting for a long time so I deffinately think I should atleast get it checked out.

It looks like it will def. need some work, that first exhaust port looks nothing like the others, and they all look a bit rough. I'd have a machinist check it out before I invested in any more DIY work to it.
