My Miata was originally white. However, the mechanic who owned it before the lady I bought it from decided he could paint, and layered on a crappy green paint over what looks like a 1/4" of primer. Absolute garbage and peeling everywhere. I don't think he even removed the white paint under. I always run into a conundrum trying to decide whether I want a car in white or black. It was white stock and white looks clean, but black Miatas look mean. Feel free to post pics and convince me which color you would go with.

Paintless. Just sand the crap out of all the metal and remove all plastic parts. Baller Delorean style.

 

Plastidip. If you don't like it you can peel it off and shoot it with another color.

 

Powder coat the whole thing hammered bronze.

 

Take a photo of your ****. Single out a single pixels of your favourite shade of pink. Print it on high quality printing paper. The whole page that coloured pink. Take it to a paint Shop and get 4 litre made up in that exact colour. Get matching plates. ANYTKR.

 

I have had both a white and black Miata. Both look good, but at the moment, I prefer black.
