Question Should I reinstall IAC?

Previous owner removed it. Car stalls with AC on if at idle, but runs fine with AC on while driving. I turned on the AC idle up option in Tuner Studio, but it didn't do anything. I assume because of no IAC.

Will reinstalling a IAC valve solve my stalling with AC on?

No, you should remove it for the weight savings, along with the airbags, radio, brakes and seatbelts

How is the car suppose to idle up with no IAC valve?

Well, the idle screw actually does a fine job of it, at one load and one temperature.

The bigger question is why you didn't ask this in the thread you already had started about your idle issues.
