If I were going to do this I would:

Wire the bumper mounted driving lights up as high beams (as high up as possible)
Keep the wiring for the barn doors and the regular headlights (with the wire for highbeam power routed to the driving lights)
Get some actual headlight projectors
Not be satisfied and try something else

I'm guessing the guy that drew the 3d pulled the fenders and forgot to pull up the wheel plastics with the fenders.
