Default suspension

Okay im sure it's been covered. but i love giving you something to type about.

I'm looking for a autoX style suspension but still streetable. I'm very lenient about how harsh it is. But i dont want to hit a bump and feel like i just fell off a cliff.

I'm looking for a upgrade from the stock springs without breaking the bank. Suggestions? Coilovers? shock/springs?

go on ebay and look for a cheap adj shock w' springs for like 300 and then get a front sway. Make sure the lowering springs have decent rates, ex. flyin miata, h&r, rsr..

used bilsteins, the spring of your choice and at the very least some FCM bumpstops, the mounts if you can stretch your budget some

up your budget $200 or so and just get a FCM coil over kit with springs and bumpstops and some reasonable shocks (bilstein HDs @ minimum).

used bilstiens or konis. and then get a USED spring.

I've got about 600-700 in my setup...konis, FM springs, FCM mounts/bumpstops, larger sway and RB adjustable mounts.

okay, looking at FM. Which is a better deal, the stage one with coilovers, or simply getting the coilover package (comes with eibach as opposed to KY)

I didnt put too much money into mine and it seems to be pretty good, compared to the stock setup at least.

Kyb AGXs
FM springs
FM pillow mounts
FM front and rear sways

I'm waiting to see if I notice a difference now that the rollbar is in...I heard it makes the car feel alot stiffer.
