Had to thank Matt for stopping by tonight and helping me remove the dash from my car. The car is pretty much a naked shell now. No engine/trans/rear/seats/dash. I needed to remove it all to heat up and cut the tranny tunnel a bit and cut the "ears" off of the firewall area to fit the LS6/T56 combo.

We even stuffed my old block in his car riding shotgun since he bought if off of me to build for higher boost.

Looks like I'll have to have a "put Frank's car back together party" sometime in June. I'm not getting the Z06 motor til the end of May. Hopefully everything will be ready to drop right in.

I do have the mega basement for pre-post Miata assembly activities. I shoulda gave you a tour. 110 inch projector, Wii (on 52 inch RPTV), MAME, 10 person card table.
