Stock bumper + broken r-pack lip...+ aluminum...+ bolts...+ time = teh coolness.

You can make that out of ABS for
a.much less

I love the aluminium look. To me it looks better that way than it would with abs. Both would look bad ***, but i think aluminium has just a little more. I am really thinking about doing this especially since i have a racing beat bumper i will be putting on in about 6 months.
