Wow, nice photos of the detail. None of that fab work is too complicated to DIY either. There's a lot to be said about moving the rad around to get some space/flexibility for positioning all the exchangers. Superb example of getting front mounts to work in a competitive/track environment too.

How much would that amount of aluminum cost/ I dropped by Home depot and a small sheet of aluminum is ridiculously priced, I can't imagine where I'd find a large enough sheet or how much it would cost. That's the only reason I've not done something similar....
ABS might be on my soon to buy list....

call metal suppliers, machine shops, metal scrap yards. You can get drops pretty cheap (about 1/5 of hardware store).
