Throttle body leak.

Throttle body leak.
I have a little problem that is keeping me from running a steady 15 PSI.
The throttle body is leaking, It's leaking from where the throttle cable connect and the spring is, is there a seal around the shaft and if so it replaceable?
I dont want to get another TB since I have modified this one.
