Default Today's miata session

So I finally got a chance to work on my car today. I put the ms back in and attempted to remove my stock ecu. I got the nut off that's against the firewall, it looks like there us 1 more near the top of the ecu in a hard to reach place. Anybody have experience with this and want to tell me how to easily do this?
Also, I still have no voltage from ecu to fuel pump relay on the red/blue wire. The 2 white/ blue wired get it. When I connect the green wire to a ground, the relay clicks. What causes no signal from the red/ blue wire?

Dont know about the fuel pump relay issue you have, but for the top nut, I remember you got to bend a tab some way, and use a long extension for the top nut. Im not sure if I had to remove a second nut from there, but IIRC, you can remove one or the other. If you remove the lower nut, you have to move the ECU slightly to the side to slide out the "bolt," or you unbolt the top one and it just drops out.
