Default Tranny and diff fluids

I know it's 75w90 for the tranny, but how much?
And what type of fluid and how much for the diff? I got 3 quarts of royal purple 75w90 and mistakenly 1 quart of 75w140. I will take this back to exchange if they have the right fluid for the diff... has anyone ever used synchromax in these cars?

Pretty sure its 2 qts for the trans and less than or right at 1qt for the diff. Double check that though. Fill it till its full

1 quart of 75w90 in the diff
2 FULL quarts of MT90 or MTL in the tranny (not 2 quarts, oh there's a little left in the bottom. You need to get both quarts completely in there. Spec is 2.05 quarts)

Pretty sure the fluid is Pennzoil Synchromesh, my friend swears by it. I use Redline products though.
