Default Turn to start and I go 60 mph?

I've got a really fun issue right now with my NB1 with a DIYPNP. I went to start my car today and the speedo needle goes to 60mph, and I also hear a loud buzzing under the dash. No starting, or cranking however.
I checked the wires on the starter, they look fine. Any ideas?

The car started with 0 issues yesterday.

**100th post lol

What year? What ECU? Does it turn over and no start, or no turning over at all?

Why tach output. speedo is fed from trans.

Sounds like a weird ground issue to me.
