Default two exhaust cams?

I heard there were a few people on here that use exhaust cams on the intake side and the exhaust side, supposedly has helped numbers on the dyno on boosted 1.6's. is this true?

Just FYI so you don't go searching too much, it only works on the 1.8l engines.

I did it on my 1.8. I'm n/a and it did give a noticeable bump from 5000rpm to redline. It feels like it doesn't lose quite as much power between peak and redline.
