They are in the $300 range, but I have had poor service from Waldro and Deatchwerks; and have spent that much over a few years for less reliability. Stock is plug and play (duh).

AEM a better option? Maybe. Others?

I'm running an aem 320. You will absolutely have to run an additional relay to provide separate power to the fuel pump unless you enjoy replacing main relays.

PM me if interested in a DW300. I have a new one that was used for about 15 min on the dyno but then had to go with a bigger one.

I wish I had seen this before I ordered.

Thanks for everyones suggestions and help. I ended up doing:

Tapped Oil Pan for turbo return
Water pump, timing belt, tensioners.
Valve cover gasket
Oil pan gasket
Front main seal
Rear main seal
Spark Plugs and Wires
Coolant reroute
Clutch and flywheel along with throwout bearing and pilot bearing
Slave Cylinder
Clutch Hose
Cleaned engine bay
Fuel pump because the existing one was dead

So, I have everything done and it won't go into gear when running. I've done the usual dance with the adjustment rod and bleeding and all and the clutch arm seems to be moving about the right amount. I'm reasonably certain I didn't install the clutch disk backward but I'm running out of ideas so I'm paranoid about it now. Anyone see anything blatantly wrong with this?

It's an FM Stage 1 happy meal. New throwout bearing. I'm reasonably certain that I didn't screw anything up but the fact that it won't go into gear is obviously giving me some doubts.

Pilot bearing bad or binding, perhaps?

I hope not, it's a brand new one in a brand new FM flywheel. Pressed it in on a press too so I'm pretty sure I didn't mess it up but beating it with a hammer or something nuts.

And yeah I cleaned that flywheel before I installed it, lol.

Tried to crank it in gear with the clutch in, it just dies. I guess I'm taking the transmission apart this weekend.

I'm going to stab myself in the eye if I put the clutch disk in backward.

Did you actually lay eyes on the clutch arm to see it displace back and forth? It would be a shame to take it all apart to find out you just needed more throw.

I looked at it from under the hood with someone pressing the clutch pedal. I also checked it against one of my NA's and it looks roughly the same but of course that's from a pretty crazy angle. I definitely plan to check it out more when I get it on the lift this weekend. If it does have enough throw either I managed to install the clutch backward despite knowing how to put it on correctly, or I damaged the pilot bearing installing the motor.

Just measured, the clutch arm is moving a little over half an inch. I bled it again, and I adjusted the pedal again and even moved the spacer. Feels perfect with the engine off but won't go into gear with the engine on. I'm tempted to replace the master cylinder just because I won't be able to get it on the lift until next saturday. Maybe it has an internal leak and the clutch arm isn't moving enough.

Final diagnosis: I messed up the splines on the clutch disk when I was installing the motor, even just holding the disk in your hand, it won't go onto the input shaft of the transmission. Since I don't want to try to salvage it and end up having to drop the transmission again, I'm hanging it up on my wall of shame and ordering a new disk from FM.
