What to put in third gauge pod?

Currently I have my boost gauge and AFR gauge in the two center vent holes. I am thinking about putting the vents back in and getting a dash panel such as this one: http://www.trackdogracing.com/website/gauges/panels.htm

What could I put in the third pod? I don't think I need any other gauges because I'm not racing or anything. Perhaps just a clock, as my head unit only displays the time when I press a button, not permanently like the stock radio does (and I miss that feature -- I like to just glance down and immediately know the time.)
Any better ideas?

I understand the usefulness of a real temp gauge, but I'd hate having a real one AND the stock fake one. Makes more sense to convert the fake one and use that third pod spot for something else.
Great. Exact same product as the $45 one..
Check out the gauge link, too..
I got an EGT, OP and a Oil Temp gauge, all with senders/probes, plus an oil filter sandwich plate, for under $90, including FeDex shipping. Arrived in 6 days, and they all checked out perfectly.
