What seal did I blow?
There's oil all over the bottom of the tranny, and if I get into boost the clutch starts to slip with any amount of power, not just high power. It's bad enough to be extremely difficult to get going. I can let of the clutch in 1st and sit on the brakes and it won't stall.
However, driving home today (I was at a friends house when all this started) I completely stayed out of boost and it was fine, I had no trouble getting going at all.
I get the feeling the clutch is being sprayed with oil when I hit high boost, which is causing it to slip like a bitch.
Forgive the noob question, but I don't know seals.
Oh also, I just did a clutch job and didn't change the rear main. Epic . Is that what this sounds like?
Also, just a random question, someone recomend me a good, cheap sprung 6 puck. I got the F1 stage 2, and to anyone that hasn't seen that thread, they suck *****. I'm going to keep the pressure plate since it's about 1,000 miles old but replace the disk. Any suggestions?
