The sound seems intermittent. I started it this morning and went for a short drive and did a few pulls. Sounds ok after this event.

 

I have been tuning and I suspect playing with startup I had been giving it too much fuel. Fuel in the crankcase and thinned out the oil. I had changed it but took a few miles to clear up.
I spent the day logging pulls and since have not heard this rattle. I guess the lifters were not happy with me?
Cars can be hard the nerves !!
