id still go the DIY route, but that depends on your skillzzz
otherwise, look out for a used BEGi maybe, and keep in mind, you'll want a clutch that wont slip, so more $$$

checked my car. you use the 94-97 FPR on the 99 fuel rail.

and you modify for the 94 EGR valve to fit the 99 intake mani, not the tube(other than bending a bit)
