Default Will this torsen fit?

Will this torsen fit without any modifications? Also I read a bunch about clutch type torsens and found out that this will create a mild understeer condition. Does anyone have any experience with this unit or some that might be similar?
Is it worth it for a car that wont go north of 300 whp? Thanks guys?

Never heard of a Guru diff. A quick googling says that it's preloaded like a Torsen-R?

Guru's are great, and it should fit since it's a 7" ring gear.

Doooople...that dif clearly has hexicoil gears and not clutch plates.

Oh I know. I am also aware of how good the GURU diff is and how hard they are to get. Wish I had the cash to get this one.

OP- Jump on it.

Shouldn't be a problem. Call FM and ask them what they think about them as they used to be a US dist. and use them in several of the shop cars.
