Changed out the clutch lastnight/this morning and figured what a perfect time to replace that rubber clutch line with a SS one. After everything was put back together we went to bleed the clutch line out and now I cant get any fluid flow anyhere! Is it possible the clutch master somehow went bad? It didnt run empty so I know there isnt any air in it. Any ideas anyone?

Thanx
Phil

I had a bitch of a time with mine because one of the flare fittings kept leaking, make very certain that the flares and threads are very clean. I ended up using a hydraulic rated thread sealant on mine and it's been fine for about a year.

ya you really gotta pump that thing a bunch of times to get it to catch. Another trick that has worked for me is to:
1. get a pvc tube of a similar diameter as the master (you will know how long it needs to be) and use your hand as a temporary coupler between the two.
2. Blow hard and if you got a friend, have him pump the clutch at the same time.

vac works too, also make sure you twist the nipple a bit so the juice can leak out.

If he isn't a real good friend, he will be when you are done blowing him! :gay:

Well I went any got one of those vacuum things and that didnt help. So I decided to remove the clutch master and low and behold the piston inside was completely seized. Rebiult it for $25.00 and problem solved.
