Ya, is this still an ongoing endeavor? In a few weeks I may want to get a boomslang f/ic pnp.

I sourced all the parts you need to make one for $12.50 + time/equipment

Is that directed at me? Make a pnp harness you mean? Sorry if I am being stupid or something.

Yeah speed....

You can buy the connectors you need for the ecu....then it's as simple as wiring from one to the next and build your own boomslang....it's 1/9th the price but takes a bit of time...

But wouldn't that pretty much be like wiring up the ecu like normal? Then again, I wouldn't have to cut/solder into the stock harness would I? Sorry I am a bit thick when it comes to this wiring business, the most complex things I have ever dealt with were r/c cars.

Do you have links to these parts I could get? And would I have to buy lots of wires? Or use the ones that came with the f/ic? More info on how to do this would be much appreciated.

Also this is all tentative, I have just come to the conclusion that a f/ic will kick the **** out of a voodoo box/bipes, and appears to be a much better setup for close to the same price if I can cancel the electronics on my FM kit.

$109 dollars or $15 + time.......

It's still PnP, you just gotta wire a bit before hand. A $5 soldering iron, $3 spool of solder, some electrical tape, and a spool of wire...and your still at 1/8th the cost.

But then what wires would I have to solder? And what adapters would there be?

Basically, how do I do this? Do you have a diagram of the connectors and wires? I don't have the f/ic yet, so that is why I am having such a hard time figuring out what wires I would need to solder/connect, and basically grasping your concept.

I never followed through with this, because I never could get 5 people interested.

So is it still a possibility? If we can get 5 people of course.

How many more people do you need for this? I may be in the market for a harness soon.

K, sounds like we've gotten enough people here to do this.

I will start working on this later today. I will get pricing together, get with each of you and figure out how to make this happen quickly.

I'd be in for a '94 harness.
