Do you have to drill all those holes to install it? If so, I take it you have to rip all the carpet up?

I actually got a call from the shipping center today. It should be delivered tomorrow, and atleast some will leave on friday. I hired a secretary to try and speed up shipping and customer response, so with any luck by Monday we'll have the first batch of 20 gone.
