i think i'm gonna use some vacation hours from work just so i can dedicate myself to the install. i've gone miata-less for about 2 months now, and i've been driving a truck!! do you know how hard that is to do especially when you're used to turning at 35 mph!! i'm about ready to start foaming from my mouth and kill someone from this withdrawl. this is worse than the time i went cold turkey on coffee

^^^^^
With stock fans, this radiator almost installs exactly like a stock replacement radiator.

Mine took the widening of a couple holes(on the fans), and the bending of a couple tabs that are the lower rad supports.

(on a 95)

Told me I could come in today and pick up the radiator; however, for me to call first. No one answered all day. = (

Just got off the phone w/ them. I was told these are pushed back till end of July/early August. This really sucks. They already took my deposit too.

No one will be getting anything for a while.

Nooooooooooo way.... WTF happened to Saturday's shipment?
Were they on the Fail Boat and capsized or something?
Damn, I could see another couple days, cuz **** happens... But to be pushed back another 4-5+ weeks????? Unless they are rowing the boat, something bad has to have happened....

Did you tell them you already ordered it and you are from MTnet?
If so, I will call and find out what is going on, the owner told me that the moment these hit their shop they will not take a break until they have all been mailed out to us first since we buy so many.

Whew.. just got off the phone... this is what the guy said...

"any orders placed after the 28th of April are still pending: the shipment that came "last week" only had 5 in it...instead of 50... they are saying now. multiple weeks from now."

if someone else to to call and confirm, we would know the stories are correct.

They said they would refund no problem.. just what they are up against.

called today 5:50 EST. 06/30/08

Ive had mine ordered since 05/08... 2 months is a little rough. I guess i can wait withthis price.

Just the info I found.

I can't believe what I just heard....

I placed my order on 04/29, I called and got the same exact info jedduh01 stated above, with the extra detail being that they received a large quantity for the WRONG car...So yes basically 5 came in, and everyone after the 28th has to wait...

I went further and asked him to double check for me in case maybe someone cancelled or something...I was number SEVEN....now instead I have to wait another month plus...

I received an e-mail from them, no specific reason given, only that it is going to be about 6 weeks until the next shipment arrives. They did give the option of a refund.

I will wait for the next shipment. I have lots of things I want to get done on my car besides the cooling system, the way my free time has been going and with the normal level of interruptions, the radiator will arrive about the same time as I have time. It would have been nice to have had it now but I can wait and so can my car.

man....i haven't been waiting all that long. But this is shitty.
another 6 f'in weeks...

i'm calling for a refund, the price is right, but time is money, for those of us who needed one of these to fix the car, not just upgrade it, this is a horrible inconvenience.

well, still a good deal for anyone who has some time.

They usually get 50 in at a time, and sell out before the next shippment arrives, keep in mind, people from CR a M are buying these too now. Oh well, I better hang onto mine.
Sorry everyone who waited and now has to wait that much longer...I know it sucks, but there is nothing I can do, it's dem ChInEeesE!!1!
That Jap ship in their harbor must of fucked them all up and caused all kinds of delays.

Had mine ordered on April 29th. Thats freakin bullshit in my opinion. How the hell would you order a freight from an oversea provided and not know how many are coming on there!? On top of that, why would you only ship 5 on a freight that costs like $500 to ship overseas!!? damn it i'm never gonna get my miata up and running again, all because i went with a highly recommended product that saved me a couple of bucks, but now i've lost 3 months just in wait time.

It is an example of the triple constraint. Performance, cost, and schedule - Usually you only get two of the three. In this case, you are getting performance and cost, and not schedule.

IMO there are no bad guys here. Just pay more and get it from another source if you are not willing to wait.

*** this ****, since we fukin buy a huge quantity why not go directly to the source and order these damn things from China??? I'm not sure why some of the sponsers don't sell these things. Chinese company's will sell anything to anyone. They call the Godspeed for one client and Cockspeed for another. They don't give a ****. I say someone go to China and deal on these fukin things. The container load shoudn't cost much.
