GB Billet Oilpump Gears
I'm in as well, although I would want to see someone else running these in their engine before I throw them in mine. I'm an *** like that. Engine is a 94 1.8 bottom end, not the short nose in the signature.
I think we are at 18 fo sho. I am considering buying multiple sets also... but I'll talk with Travis through PM about that once I know that this will actually get off the ground and money is trading hands.
Alright guys, I'm going to write the process specification and send it to Acro for final verification. What I'll do after I get the verification and delivery schedule is put up a paypal button for the gears on the website. As soon as I have 18 buyers in I will process the order and unleash the cutter heads on the billets.
I'm still out of town so I won't get around to having all this done until next Monday at the earliest.

Just 1 question: Do you have to get the gears machined to match up the oil pump? Or are they pnp??
Ill be on vacation for 2 weeks from sunday...So get the paypall thing started!!

These will be plug and play, as all pumps will fall within service level spec. That means at very worse, you're housing is very worn, and it will supply less pressure, but you could not run into fitment issues unless you're vehicle's housing was made wrong at the factory, or you have problem with crank accuracy. For what its worth I would measure the fit on you're paticular housing and check to make sure its within service level. If it fails to meet specification then you're car must have a worn housing/crank problem. If someone requires a very high precision pump, or odd size to accomodate a worn housing I can have those done as well, but PM for details, and expect to pay alot more for it, as that requires lapping/grinding operations, or one offs. Don't clutter the GB thread with questions about variations. We're only talking the vanilla version in here.
Definately in for one pair. Thinking about two. If we buy three, do we get free 3.3 rear end gears? :-) Anyway, what's ETA like on these? I got the motor out for a bit anyway.
Reasonable - but a guy can dream. Like, if it were a month, I might wait on it, since I likely won't have all my other odds and ends together for three or four weeks anyway.
In for 5 sets.
