that's a blessing and a curse... you will actually have to tune the car properly to pass the sniff test. I, on the other hand, only have to keep the stock ECU from throwing codes and I'll pass.

Both have their pros/cons.

well, how possible is it to get a hopped up motor to not throw codes?

Besides, if you go to the right shop, it doesn't matter on the sniffer.

If you are getting the board pre-built and modded, i dont see why you would need the stim... unless you make changes later on and want to test them..

adbradley 02-05-2007 10:07 PM

and if u get in our group guy, you will save some $$ check out the thread 367 for the modded MS

oh wait this is the thread

miatamania 02-05-2007 10:35 PM

cjernigan 02-07-2007 09:58 PM

What's the word on how many people are in on the GB now? I'm itching to get mine already.

adbradley 02-07-2007 10:06 PM

yeah, im ready too.... but im afraid we dont have enough people, and im not sure if we are going to :(

adbradley 02-07-2007 10:11 PM

Chad, looks like you and me are for sure, and miatamania is a maybe, and gts miata is on the fence... if we can get them in, and then one more, we are good! I will have my funding eary next week and be ready to buy...

We need to get this goin folks!

miatamania 02-07-2007 10:17 PM

heh...I'm working hard for the money!

cjernigan 02-07-2007 10:17 PM

yeah if we don't have them by next week i'll probably just buy it on my own. As of next week rifle season is officially over so I won't have practice and all that crap to deal with. Which means i'll have time for MS and might as well start using it. Just keep us updated.

adbradley 02-07-2007 10:20 PM

yeah im with you.. i had said a few weeks, but i think im ready after next week too.. The deadline is getting moved to feb 16th... If i dont have 5 for sure buyers by then, i will have to pull the plug.. sorry guys.

GTS Miata 02-08-2007 01:26 PM

I like deadlines, now I have to make a decision... will try to get a final verdict asap.
