Is anyone concerned about the recent supertech piston failure detailed in the engine performance forum?

Just spoke with Adam at no limit, he said they should ship direct from supertech to us at the end of this week/beginning of next week. He also said for anyone concerned to give him a call.

Although not reviving I just called him a few minutes ago and to where I live in FL (as he is in NY), it is a set of supertech pistons with rings/pins for 385.00., BUT it is a 2 week waiting time at least.

Called also THMotorsports.com and no supertech at all even if it shows as available on the website. TH is offering free shipping so it would be 383.72 out the door.

Is there a difference between 83.50mm and 84.00mm on durability? Running 84 on a DD is it possible?

I just got the 84mm Supertechs from No Limit and I was charged $380.00 shipped. It also took about 2.5 weeks to get them from when I ordered them.
