Default New Used Hydra (was lean under low load)

I don't want to repeat everything written in previous posts, so for anyone who is having Wideband Calibration problems, I struggled thru the same crap and was ready to go to a Megasquirt. Problem is that I sort of know the Hydra and feel fairly comfortable with the software.

I picked up up a Used Hydra and installed it, loaded in my map and, after successfully calibrating the wideband, I have a functioning ECU again and the car running well.

I'm running the tune I developed for my previous engine, a stock VVT with an FM2 kit. I now have a fully forged motor with 8.5 compression ratio. I just got to the 1,000 mile mark and swapped in my 10/40 Amsoil synthetic oil. I'm looking to turn the boost up to 14 psi. from my current 12 and bump the timing slightly for starters.

Looking for timing tables and fueling tables from others running a similar setup. My power goal is 250-275 whp. Seems like a reasonable goal for a fully built engine. Not a lot of Hydra tuners around so this will be a DIY project. I tuned the previous engine by going to our local drag strip for the "test and tune" sessions and tweaking and datalogging. Unfortunately the drag strip has closed.

Can somebody point me to fueling and timing tables? They can be Hydra format of CSV or screenshots.

Thanks,
Paul

FredB, this is going to sound stupid....but I forget what the injectors are. Whatever FM supplied with the FM 2 kit about 2'yrs. back. I'm thinking 650's? 850's? I know that they're nowhere near max duty cycle.

PM me your email and I’ll send you what I have after work. Maybe contact FM and find out what they sent you as that’s going to be critical. Pretty sure I have 550 cc , 750 , 1000cc base maps as well as my current reasonably well tuned 1000cc map.

You can also check the fuel settings in your current map , it will specify an injector size.
