So I bought this used BOV from a member, and couldn't get it to blow off properly, despite backing the adjustment almost all the way out. PM'd him and he said he'd been having trouble getting the thing to stay seated and had shimmed it with a couple nickels.

Come to find out it was 5 quarters.
