That is the kit required to move the spare to underneath the car...instead of in the trunk. It was an $8 bolt from Home Depot.

unless you remove the stock muffler alltogether, where the christ do you have ground clearance to mount a spare?

I want to go look at this thing. It would be hideously delicious. then tell the guy he's asking too low and i'll give him 12 cause it OBVIOUSLY isn't all the money he put into it. then never call him back.

you take the muffler out and put in a straight pipe back (assuming you have already done this) you then goto Home Depot and buy a nut and bolt to mount the spare.

I have never heard of or seen a set of 4 injectors being even close to $1200. Except for maybe a set of 4 DISI Injectors from the MS3 from the factory.
