I've been pretty happy with AT&T for the last two years I've had them, Had verizon years ago and it sucked.

I just wanted to give an end to this story.

They finally charged me the $380 on this past bill. I called this afternoon and I played stupid and said "I didn't understand what the $380 was, and what did I do wrong?".

Thankfully I got a lady, cause you know right ******* well a dude wouldn't give a **** and tell me tough luck.

So now I'll be getting my credit within 3 weeks and all is good. To think all I had to do was activate the phone then re-activate my old one, and I could have avoided all of this.
