Default 64 car track day

2 turbo cars, and like 4 msm's.

More pics coming soon. I know that's only like 20 pics, but too tired to post any others now.

this car is so ******* fast (gary's "beast" mp62 with everything made for a miata, on it)

fun track, kinda weird though. Lots of long, sweeping throttle steering, but only one threshold breaking point. I prefer hallett, but this track would me more fun with some power.

I rode out with a guy who's been a member at this track for 7 years in a 2001 miata with i/h/e, kosei's with 225 ra-1's, tein flex, and hp+ pads. It didn't make any power, but was by far the ride of the day. he enterered corners so hot, and on the brakes so hard and late. I'd love to see what that guy could do in a turbo car.

Its great to get out there and run a few sessions, to get accustomed to the track...then out there with someone to show you what you don't know.

He yells **** like "brake deeper ************!!!!"
then when you lock em up and smoke he shouts, "that's what I'm talking about!!!"

It is fairly hilly actually. However, just not much hard braking. Hallett is much more demanding. Some say that NA miatas can't keep enough heat in the brakes to run hawk blues there.

Now THAT's a track for a turbo miata to pass all 63 other miatas in one lap.

btw, gary built a pretty slick NA track car. It has fresh yellow paint, rb bumper, tdr aluminum seats, carbon door panels, a dash, console, wipers, and the rest of the interior is bedliner. The motor has i/h/e on a 1.8, wilwood brakes, a hard top, te-37s (he owns 3 sets and a set of ssr's), ra-1's, and man its ******* fast.

You want to marry him don't you?

drive>car ... but a turbo will make up for some pretty crappy driving.
