Exactly. It's not a clever, witty, or unique take on the world (which is why I'm a huge standup comedy fan, and hate schlock like this)..........any of us on this site could act afraid on the end of a small diving platform.

Depends. The way domestic violence is typically viewed and prosecuted, I'd have let her the destroy the car as well.
