Ew. I would only get a bike if I lived out west.
That said I wonder what it is like to run over a jackrabbit on a motorcycle? Yes I am PETA supporter but it's a "fact of death" that if you go driving in the desert you will hit bunnies. Even if you drive 20mph.
Looks small enough that I'd bet your mini is faster than my green miata 0-30.

I've always wondered about that. Around where I live your more likely to hit a possum, raccoon or deer. I hit a big raccoon @ ~35mph the other day and the impact was more then I expected. I felt bad a turned around to put it out of its misery but it was gone. I would not want to hit one on a bike.
