I guess there are just some things I can never understand, and that is one of them. It looks ------- retarded, and it's only ghetto trash that drive them. I get so irritated seeing the local hood trash driving their old junk cars on huge wheels, with cereal or candy brand livery paint. I'd be willing to bet most of them are on welfare and have the wheels on lease.

 

I'll bet pusha would find something nice to say about those "whips".

He said mean things, he could have severely hurt the feelings of dozens of officers, hence why they tased a teenager with a broken back & broke off (wft?) ankle 19 times. Oh, and they wanted to keep him from getting in traffic, that too. :BS:

 

I lol'd at the part where the police admitted they couldn't subdue a boy with a broken back without tasering him 19 times.

 

How could that guy seriously say that on camera and keep a straight face? I have a hard time imagining a group of guys standing over a limp body, taking turns using the tazer and yelling at him to get out of traffic.

I also recently found out that you cannot go to a police department and file a complaint against the police department. I don't understand this either.

I'm confused by that story. Were the cops on scene before he fell off the overpass? Or did he fall, then the police came on to the scene? Or did he get tasered before falling off the overpass?

When I lived in Ky some kid tore up my moms flowers, we knew who did it so we went to file a complaint at the police station up the road, they wanted us to pay in order to file a complaint. We where like

Well... He clearly failed to comply. They told him to freeze, instead he laid paralyzed.

 

They tasered him after he fell and broke his back because they felt threatened by him.

Another example of the broken system. You have to ------- pay to have justice dealt? That is bullshit. Wouldn't want the police to have to do any investigating or actual work, too many of them too busy sitting in parking lots pretending to be watching traffic, or sitting in a diner or coffee shop to be inconvenienced by real law enforcement. I know and am friends with several officers, and they can all vouch for the amount of laziness and uselessness of the majority of the force.
